After more than a year of research and writing, my thesis was finalised and handed in. The defence will be next month. Then, the final report of the findings will be posted here and sent to everybody that helped with the survey design and the actual implementation. Below, you can find the cover page and the acknowledgements.
Just some words are not enough to express my gratitude on the support I received throughout this research.
